TRY DIVE

The first step you need to take if you want to be part of the world of scuba diving is to get your first taste of the wonderful underwater world. For this experience, a diving instructor will explain to you, in a simple and brief way, the basics of this sport: how the equipment works, how you have to breathe, move your legs and how you should act underwater.

You will experience the incredible sensation of weightlessness as you float in the water with your scuba diving equipment and enjoy the underwater life that develops on the calm shores of the Mediterranean in a safe and peaceful manner.

What it consists of:

When you arrive at the diving centre you will receive a brief talk from an instructor to tell you the basics you need to know for a first try at diving: how to fin, how to breathe with a regulator and the main signals for communicating underwater. Next, you will be given the necessary equipment and you will embark to head to a shallow cove. And the fun begins! You will go down to 6 metres deep. The total time of the activity is approximately 2.5 hours.

What do you need:

Swimsuit, towel, flip flops and a change of clothes. The centre has a changing room, bathroom and showers. If you are prone to dizziness, we recommend taking biodramina with caffeine (to prevent drowsiness) at least 30 minutes beforehand.
